HUMMUS TOAST

INGREDIENTS
• Manamu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Mánamu Ground Mountain Oregano
• 4 slices of bread
• 4 tablespoons Hummus
• 1 Avocado sliced
• A cup of Cherry Tomatoes in halves

STEPS
1 . In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes and Mánamu Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2 . Spread a generous amount of Traditional Hummus on each slice
3 . On each slice of bread, top the hummus and avocado with tomatoes
4 . Sprinkle with Mánamu Ground Mountain Oregano
5 . Drizzle with Mánamu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
LETTUCE AND PEAR SALAD

INGREDIENTS
• Manamu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 lettuce
• 2 Pears
• 40gr of toasted almonds
• Vinegar
• Sea salt

STEPS
1 . Rinse the lettuce, chop, dry and place in a large bowl.
2 . Peel the pears and dice them, then add them to the bowl
3 . Crush the almonds with a knife and add them to the salad
4 . Dressing with Mánamu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
