Pasta with meatballs in pomodoro sauce

Key ingredients:

200 g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)

300g of ground meat

½ finely chopped onion

2 tbsp fresh parsley

1 egg
-
3 fresh tomatoes

1 clove of chopped garlic

Basil, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Chop the onion and parsley, mix them with the ground meat, egg, salt and pepper.

Form the meatballs (approx. 50g each) and cook them in a pan with Mánamu olive oil for 10–12 minutes.

In another pan, sauté garlic and onion with more olive oil, add the chopped tomato and basil.

Cook the pasta in salted water, mix with the sauce and serve with the meatballs on top.
