Burrata salad with mánamu olive oil: simple, fresh and spectacular

When the ingredients are real, you don't need to complicate things. This burrata salad is proof of that: visually beautiful, quick to prepare, and bursting with flavor thanks to its star ingredient: Mánamu extra virgin olive oil.

Perfect for a light lunch, a special dinner, or to surprise at a gathering.

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes in large wheels

  • Fresh arugula

  • Burrata cheese

  • Vinaigrette (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper)

  • Fresh basil

  • Dried chili flakes

  • Fine herbs

  • Splash of Mánamu extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Place a bed of arugula on the plate.

  2. Arrange the tomatoes in a circle around the burrata.

  3. Pour the vinaigrette on top.

  4. Add salt, pepper, basil, dried chili flakes, and fine herbs to taste.

  5. Finish with a generous drizzle of Mánamu olive oil over the center of the cheese.
