Mediterranean salad with olive oil and balsamic mánamu

This Mediterranean salad is perfect for those days when you want something quick, yet delicious and made with real ingredients.

The final touch of olive oil and balsamic vinegar Mánamu makes it irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 cucumber (peeled and seeded)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 200g feta cheese (large cubes)

  • 2 tablespoons of Mánamu extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of Manamu balsamic vinegar

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olives to taste

  • Dried chili flakes (optional)

  • Fresh basil and fine herbs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion and place it in a large bowl.

  2. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut it into half moons.

  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes.

  4. Add the feta cheese in large cubes and the olives.

  5. In another bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  6. Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables and mix well.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil, chili flakes, and fine herbs.
